Inspiration Addiction

I’ve seen a trend in the spiritual community, as well as among many souls who experience various challenges & trauma, to seek & become an endless shining source of inspiration. I’m not saying this is wrong or bad, but I’d like to invite us all to reflect a little more deeply as to what this impulse reveals to us, and the unconscious pressure it often creates to become something aside from the truth of who we are in this moment.

When we no longer seek or feel the need to do anything to shine an inspirational spotlight on ourselves, our most authentic self naturally shows up-warts & all- and that’s where the true beauty & inspiration lies.
