I’m so happy to announce that my first article is up on Mind Body Green!

The moment we commit to healing is the moment we acknowledge our inner power. Once we acknowledge that, we must understand that responsibility comes along with the package. This means honestly exploring the state of our body, mind & spirit.

We must learn to listen to ourselves with an open heart full of all the compassion we can muster.

If we get real with ourselves, we begin to hear all the words we use against ourselves that keep us in a state of constriction. If we want to expand our being into a place of wholeness, we must transform those thoughts into a form that serves our healing.
