How Micro-Movements Make a Macro Impact

For today’s video infusion, I’m talking about one of my favorite tools to get our energy pumping while recovering our health: Wiggling My Toes.

It was this micro-movement of wiggling my toes that revolutionized the way I viewed productivity.

Spending months lying flat in bed or experiencing physical limitation can be a serious drain on our spirit because we may not have the same flexibility we once did. However, we can train our minds & bodies to redefine what it means to have a successful day through micro-movements.

These little steps pack a ton of power to create big change over time.
